I've got to start keeping nuts in the house...

Bridget, my beautiful girl with golden blond hair and an angelic face can, at times, be the most annoying person. This child is constantly curious, always asking questions. Her favorite question has to be, "What are you doing?" The answer to which is usually cleaning. But just answering her question doesn't cut it. You have to answer it over and over and over and over again. She asks this question so many times, you just want to scream for her to stop it. Yet I try to remain patient.

The other day, I was cooking dinner at the stove when Bridget walked in and asked, "What are you doing, Mommy?" My reply to this the first 5 times was, "Cooking dinner." The sixth time she asked I said, "Going nuts." She proceeded to get very excited that we were going to have nuts for dinner and said, "I wanna taste the nuts." So at least I got a laugh out of it. I did feel bad that I didn't have any nuts to give her though.
